getting away

Brad and I are going to Santa Barbara to vistit Kasey and Tarah.  This get away has been long awaited.  I am so excited to spend some time alone with my hubby…and to see SUN!

Canyon gets to have his Nanny and Poppa over to play for the 5 days we are away. I am already anxious to here the stories when we get back.

oh the chatter…

Canyon…yes it’s another post about our son.  The kid really is entertaining.  He also consumes most my day, which I love and feel blessed to be able to stay home with him. 

So, Canyon is talking and learning new words everyday.  Even new phrases. It is really fun to watch and listen. 

Here are a few words or phrases in Canyon’s vocab:

–Peace out! [clear as day now]

–See ya!

–Thank you. Welcome. [I hardly have a chance to say you're welcome before he does]

–Yeah and Yep!

–Obey…obey! obey! obey! [I am serious when I say it though]

–Come on [says this to Daddy a lot]

God is so good in blessing us with an amazing little boy.  Praise to HIM in which all blessing flow.
